Dave has been in the Commercial and multi-family real estate business specializing in property management since 1989. He has worked for local, regional and national companies as a Property Manager, District Manager and Director of Property Management and Compliance. Dave brings a wealth of knowledge in managing all types of properties. In addition, he has an extensive background in managing and compliance of LIHTC Section 42 properties. He was among the first in the nation to receive his HCCP designation.

Craig Stedry

Executive Vice President

Craig joined Blackthorne in March of 2004 and he has been experienced in multi-family residential and mixed use (commercial and residential) property management and compliance since 1999. He has worked for local, regional and national companies where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of multi-site properties. Currently, Craig is managing Cornerstone, Harney Street, and Century House Apartments.

Bryan Rowe

Maintenance Supervisor

Bryan Rowe has been in the Property Management industry for over 12 years. As a Maintenance Technician, Bryan has been exposed to a diversity of communities in the multi-family housing industry. He is experienced in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical and holds his Universal HVAC Certification. Bryan worked for NP Dodge Company and McCormack Baron Properties before joining the Blackthorne Team in 2005. In 2006, Bryan was selected as the National Apartment Associations Nebraska Chapter, “Spotlight on Maintenance.” Bryan brings both knowledge and experience in the areas of building maintenance, and strives to provide the best level of service to all of his residents.
